The moment I walked in I was greeted and introduced to Mark Iocona who was so genuinely friendly and passionate about meeting my needs and wants. He asked the right amount of questions but more importantly, Mark just had a conversation with me. It didn't feel like I was being sold to. It felt like I was just riding around in brand new cars with someone truly passionate about Hyundai products and truly passionate about helping me find a car my kids and I would love. It was that simple. Mark didn't even mind when I had to make a 100 phone calls to make sure I was getting the best deal. Heck, I wasn't even haggled before I decided to leave. Mark continued to provide excellent customer service all the way until he shook my hand and walked me out the door. He made such an excellent statement I didn't even feel awkward leaving. I did exactly what I said I would do. I spoke with my father and came right back. When I came back Mark and his financial team worked with our financial needs and now I'm a happy first time Hyundai customer leasing a brand new 2017 car.
