Burns Hyundai Finds a Loophole to Not Pay The finance person either lied or neglected to tell me that the additional warranty he sold me to cover my car's repairs from damage suffered from ext The finance person either lied or neglected to tell me that the additional warranty he sold me to cover my car's repairs from damage suffered from extensive highway driving (such as rocks or other debris hitting the car from trucks, construction zones, etc.), would NOT cover any damage to the paint. I found that out the hard way yesterday when I had to spend the day on the phone and running around making arrangements to have my car fixed at my expense. I've made numerous requests to have someone at Burns Hyundai contact me and provide me with written proof that the worthless extra coverage be terminated immediately. No one has done so. Greg Pollice is the manager. He contacted me, wrung his hands and told me how badly he felt that I was unhappy, but there's just nothing he can do. The driver's side taillight was scratched, too. No paint on that. That repair isn't covered either. Inept at best, possibly dishonest. Never again will I shop at Burns Hyundai. More
