I needed brakes and and oil change. I needed brakes and an oil change and it was recommended that we have the brake pads replaced and the fuel line flushed. Great Salesperson, but Less Time Spent at Dealership I had a great salesperson, Brian. He was extremely helpful, pleasant; he even offered to order some food for myself and my family. However, I spent what seemed like an inordinate amount of time there. I was there so long, my sister finally went home. I was not even taken to the area where the cars are kept. They just drove them out to me. I had bought my last car there and was able to walk around and look at the various cars. Did not like the new procedure. Mr Ghandi, who took care of the finances, was also extremely nice and very informative. More

It took a little longer than expected to get through all the paperwork; but they were extremely busy that day and did a very good job at getting us into our new car. I can't say enough good things about Burns Hyundai. I visited many dealers before settling with the Hyundai Sonata and the only reason I went back to Burns is because of thei customer service. There were other dealerships closer to my home; but I decided to go to Burns. If I decide to buy another Hyundai in the future I can guarantee I will visit Burns again. I would like to reiterate that everyone at Burns provided excellent customer service. More
