Not as Advertised I got an email from Hyndai about A 2017 Hyundai Elantra no money down Advertisement for 179 a month. I took a test drive and was not offered the 50$ t I got an email from Hyndai about A 2017 Hyundai Elantra no money down Advertisement for 179 a month. I took a test drive and was not offered the 50$ that was in advertisement. I was also not offered the 250$ visa card for leasing a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that was in advertisement. My credit score is 750 to 775 and I was offered a 233 amonth at no money down on my new elantra before they would check my credit. and I told them it was excellent. At no time did they ever try to get me the 179 offer a month with even my credit as advertised. We had to satnd are ground at 210 which was rediculous. Very dissapointed that I was treated that way. This is my second lease from Hyundai it might be my last. I can see you losing alot of business if people are treated this way. More

I then started looking TrueCar and got a call right away from Burns. Given I had spent a lot of wasted time for weeks I was not easily convinced to come in. So I texted back and forth with online sales asking all the questions that had come up over the weeks prior. After a few days of this and great Followup and responses to my questions. My wife and I decided to go to the dealer. From there things just fell into place. We liked the price and features and even decided to buy 2 instead of 1. Replacing my old car. The long and short of it with cost as one of the number one factors we even upgraded both and paid less for these two leases than we did for the Toyota lease every month. You are doing something right, because we love our cars and now notice them on the roads all the time. It's kind of funny to look at our drive way and see 2 exact same cars different colors in our driveway and right next store see another one in our neighbors. BTW she moved in after we purchased the cars.. From now on Hyundia and Burns will be our first stop instead of wasting time trying to make the right deal for us with other dealers and manaufactures. More

My Dad and fiancé came along to help with the proce I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata a couple weeks ago and the experience was nothing short of AWESOME. My Dad and fiancé came along to help with the process. Our salesperson, Anne Marie, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She answered our questions (all of our MANY questions) and got us through the entire process. I got to drive the car off the lot all in the same day thanks to her, Taylor, & Bob. I, as most people, know that all Hyundai cars are made well and have an excellent warranty. However, I did not expect my new vehicle to have as many perks and features. I did not expect the staff to be so knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't JUST buy a car... I left with something money can't buy: a GREAT experience. Car buying is almost never fun and I had a blast. I would highly recommend this dealership. Many thanks to the staff at Burns Hyundai. More
