Over the TOP! For over a decade I have been a customer at Burns. I always encourage people to make their way to this dealership. I am somewhat of a high maintenan For over a decade I have been a customer at Burns. I always encourage people to make their way to this dealership. I am somewhat of a high maintenance and demanding person, though understanding most of the time, but in truth it is because of the high quality service and professionalism I observe among the Burns staff who always treat me as if I am their number one customer that I stay. The offices and areas always seem clean, many of the same employees are still working here since before the day I purchased my first car from here. This in part leads me to believe that something must be done right, and I have yet to be let down even once and this is what keeps me returning and recommending Burns. More

Taylor was excellent in teaching me the workings of the computer related phone/stereo system which I was truly clueless. She taught me everything and I actually remember it . Bob Earle is a keeper. What a bright, articulate man he has proven to be and is in the best position for his delivery and in closing the deal. John Campbell was instrumental in obtaining a good price for my lease, and Ed Hessert had given me a good price for my trade. I have no complaints at all. Being older, we were surprised to get all our finance info on a zip thing, It would have been nice to have the choice of hard copy. We were actually looking for inexpensive transportation for me and wee looking at the Elantra. One of Burns managers (I think he was) suggested Isit in the Elantra. I',m so glad I did because after driving a classic TBird, this was an awful fit..altho the car we eventually purchased was much more than we wanted to obligated ourselves to, it was a better fit. I would have been so unhappywith the Elantra We do have to set up a time to install the blutooth and for a detail on the car which was delivered not to our liking. Burns will detail the car and gave us several free car wash coupons. More
