Oil Change I had a scheduled appt. for 5:15 and was told it would be an additional 1hr 45 minutes due to all the drive ins. I was very upset, since I had an appointment, so I drove over to the tire change/alignment bay, and they took care of me immediately. They were more than happy to help me out. THANK YOU! I would suggest changing one of your lanes for "appointments only", and leave the rest of them for "unscheduled appointments". More

Stellar Service Department Wasn't 100% sure what the unusual sound was coming from the passenger side wheels. Before the service dept jumped to the conclusion of replacing bad Wasn't 100% sure what the unusual sound was coming from the passenger side wheels. Before the service dept jumped to the conclusion of replacing bad bearings, they performed my scheduled maintenance, including rotating the tires, then had me take a test drive before any other work was done. If rotating the tires, which were carefully inspected while doing the rotation, didn't eliminate the noise, then the plan was to proceed with checking into bearings. This did prove to be the case. It is comforting to know that the service dept wasn't just looking to do extra work until we ruled out easier solutions! LOVE Burnsville Toyota! More

I dropped the car off for service, I had new brakes installed early in the spring and the car never drove without small vibrations at highway speeds.I drive my Boxster all summer so the Avalon sat in the driveway. The Avalon became a freeway car in the rain but the ride kept getting worse. The noise couldn't be tolerated any longer. The tech that serviced my car this time did a "MAPLEWOOD TOYOTA" all-around BEST SERVICE REPAIR! My car now drives like it always did when I left Maplewood Toyota, "LIKe A NEW CAR!"
