I can’t say thank you enough. - Nicolekathleen

I can’t say thank you enough. From the moment I got there the everyone was so helpful and friendly. I love how knowledgeable and passionate they were to me. Taylor is trustworthy and not like a typical “salesman” he wants what’s in your best interest and is honest and truly amazing. Hands down ask for Taylor.

I was in search of a toyota highlander used. - cindi.scheffler

I was in search of a toyota highlander used. They were almost as expensive as a new one. Went in to get an trade in estimate. Had to leave early. Never heard back Called and left a message with new guy. Never heard back. Went in with a complaint and the manager came out. He said five minutes before I walked in there was a finance on a loaded highlander that fell through. If I wanted the car. I could have it. LUCK and TIMING were on my side. As I was test driving someone put a deposit on the car but the manager said since I walked in first it was mine. So WOOOHOOO! I didn’t have to wait 6 months for a new one and I didn’t have to pay the same price for a used one. Happy days are here again! Thank you for the customer service.!

1 Star review because there is no 0 star. - buyerbeware

1 Star review because there is no 0 star. Salesperson Jeff told me flat out, they do not honor the advertised Toyota specials. Went on to say there are no Toyota dealerships that honor those specials. He admitted to bait and switch tactics and false advertising. Because he had no idea how leasing works, and when I tried to explain to him about the very basics, he got very angry and outwardly hostile. He REFUSED to take an offer to his Sales Manager. Literally the worst experience in a car dealership I've ever experienced.
