I'm only not giving Burnsville Toyota a five star rating because of the charge for a simple oil change. Only couple of years ago an oil change cost $46. Now it is $100!! Update: Burnsville Toyota has addressed my concerns and I believe the service department will learn from my experience. I did not feel I received a quality service appointment. I was sent a coupon to have an oil change completed free of charge, but even though it was free I feel like I should have gotten my money back after this service. I understand being under staffed, but there should still be a quality check to ensure everything has been done correctly." More
