Waited ~2 hours for oil change & tire rotation. No one came out and updated me on anything...not even when car was ready. I came in to have my snow tires taken off their rims and my radials put on the rims. I had an appointment for 9:30 am. The work was not completed until noon, 2 1/2 hours!. When i went to check on the progress at noon they were just finishing up. The bill included the tire disposal fee, which I did not want. I brought it to their attention and they promptly brought my snow tires and loaded them in the trunk. But they loaded them ina way that the tires were not on the blanket I had placed in the back so I had to remove the the grime from my seats after I got home. I was not happy with this whole experience. More

I had brought up that I wasn't happy with the car being not cleaned to my liking. His comment was it's a used car it's not a new car everything's not going to come off. Which yes it should they didn't clean in between things there's leaves on the back by the SUV the inside could have been a lot cleaner it didn't even smell good so I was greatly disappointed.. so now I'm going to have to look at another shop to clean my car the way I like it which I've checked out and it will cost me around $800 I find that to be very unfair. My car is a 2018 RX 350 Lexus he did a great job on having the auto body fix the front of the car but the rest of other things we're just blown off I left very unhappy. I wasn't even excited about the car. You should make sure that if people are unhappy that you fix the situation. I wouldn't brag to people about buying a vehicle there More
