Quick, efficient. Forgot to give me my report out. Had to call and go back to the service area to get it. Reported two warranty concerns as well. Was told I have to t Forgot to give me my report out. Was told I have to take it up with the main service department but they aren’t available on Friday and with only 4 technicians it might take awhile. Had a disappointing encounter with the service manager about a month ago over what I feel is a paint defect but was told that the district warranty manager disallowed. I asked who that person was and was told I couldn’t get that contact information. Was allowed. I feel I got a runaround and brush off. Would not recommend your dealership to family and friends. More
