I brought my 2003 Van in to have the steering inspected. I also asked them to look at the ABS sensor wiring for the left front sensor that they changed a while back.The light coming on for a few minutes the I also asked them to look at the ABS sensor wiring for the left front sensor that they changed a while back.The light coming on for a few minutes then going out. The steering was fixed. I saw the bill and read they replaced the ABS module for $1200. It seems like they just threw a module at the problem without really trouble shooting it. When I test drove it the steering was much better. The ABS light stayed on. I brought it back in and a manager asked the tech if he programmed the new module. He said he didn't know that you had to program it. The manager programed it and it worked fine. It was corrected quickly but the Technician didn't seem to have trouble shot the problem and didn't seem to have ops checked it after throwing a $1200 part at it. Management did correct the problem quickly and was honest with me. More
