When I decided not to have the repairs done because of cost I was told there would be no charge for the estimate. When I went to pick up my car they said the estimate charge was $52.00 When I objected the cost I was told there would be no charge for the estimate. When I asked for the manager Mr. Stepfan Miller, Service Manager came into the room and relaizing I needed to talk to someone else because the service department was the problem I asked to speak to his supervisor. At that point he ordered me to leave the property. I asked again who his boss was and he stepped within three feet of me, that I felt was a threating move, and told me to leave. Charles Busam flat out lied to me about ordering a part for my 99 Pathfinder. He said the key (for my wheels) would be available the week of 4 July and that I would be contacted sometime that week. That next saturday I called wondering what happened and he said he had no recollection of ever ordering a part and that I was making the whole thing up!!!! Can you believe this? Whats going on at this dealership? He also got very sarcastic when I told him I also had a minor problem with my fuel door...."you have to understand you bought a USED car"......This dealership has obvious ethical problems and is not interested in service once you have paid for the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More
