This was my first time with this dealer. I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. They looked for it at another dealer and got it in quickly. My salesman Rico was so nice an I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. They looked for it at another dealer and got it in quickly. My salesman Rico was so nice and personable. After being a faithful customer for 9 years, my car had to be towed to Busam as engine failed. Despite being advised of an array of symptoms immediately prior I was told it was just the battery. Charged $5 to be towed to Busam as engine failed. Despite being advised of an array of symptoms immediately prior I was told it was just the battery. Charged $500 for new battery, I drove 20 miles before the exact same symptoms reoccurred, leaving me stranded 20 miles from home with no way to get back. Dealership no help, Subaru no help- just told to leave the car at their location with an undertaking that it would be looked at 1st thing in the morning. It’s now midday - heard nothing. No one picks up the phone, or returns a message. Due for a new car - it won’t be a Subaru! More
