We recently purchased a Crosstrek from this dealership on Feb. 14th. The process itself was fine, quick, and easy. The day after we brought the car home we tried turning on the heat and nothing, then tried the AC and again nothing coming out. We tried all the settings with no luck. Contacted the guy who sold us the car Jerry Anstaett, to see what could be done, if anything because I did sign a purchase as is form. He told me he would check on it and get back with me. Just like the blower in the car, I have received nothing. I have attempted to reach him 3 times and nothing. You would think they would know the issue with the car and disclose it at the sale. This dealership has lost our trust. We would have been fine with a response of we can not do anything since we signed that form, but they don't think enough of the customers after sale to give them that respect. I would think twice before purchasing from this dealership if I were you, or at least hit everything button and try every single setting the car offers before you hand them your money. More

I purchased my Legacy at Busam and have continued to have them service my car. They are always friendly when I call to make an appointment. Once there I’m treated like a special customer. This time I asked f them service my car. They are always friendly when I call to make an appointment. Once there I’m treated like a special customer. This time I asked for something extra. I’m 75, got a new license plate and was able to replace the old one myself. They were so kind to take care of that for me. My neighbor who works for busam Subaru in the service dept. recommended going there to get a new Impreza I walked in spoke with Ray he hooked us up with Kyle dirks our salesman.
