LAHSEN my sales consultant was fantastic. He was patient, kind, & understanding throughout the entire process. During the test drive Lahsen explained the car’s features in detail. We got conflicting stories before using this dealership. When we arrived they used underhand tactics between the salesman to get the sale. We had been calling around to get a specific Subaru. Our family really needed the number of seats, specifically. It was kind of a race to see which dealership could bring it in. Unless going cash in hand to negotiate a better price I wouldn't use this dealership ever again. My parents who have bought numerous new Subaru's refuse to buy from this dealership. They'd rather drive to KY. Some of the sales people are in your corner but it's hit or miss. We ran into two, and the first tried to use underhanded tactics. We walked. They kept calling and truth be told had they not brought in the vehicle to place in front of us before the other dealership could we wouldn't have made the purchase. Maybe worth the drive to look and learn about the cars in real time. To ask questions and get real time feedback but they do not keep their word. We've called the salesman numerous times after we purchased he doesn't return or calls. My wife wanted to be a co-signer. They refused now she cannot do anything on the account when she calls. But at the dealership they could have fixed that. The is why I refuse to even go back. We love Subaru and the brand don't get me wrong. But the dealership is a slimy one. I wish I could have rated this dealership a big fat 0. More

I went to Busam Subaru for a battery check and possible replacement. Steve explained the test would take 15-60 mins, and I was walking away in 90 mins. What is outrageous is the cost of the battery! We purchased the same battery 3/2022, it was an 84 month battery and the cost of the battery was $189. I was told the cost now is $343 because of the new electronics. To nearly DOUBLE the cost of an item in 3y8mo is not acceptable. I did only pay $150 after warranty, but realistically I should have only paid $80-90. Autozones battery at the same time was $169 and they are now $204. Guess where I am going for my next battery? More

I talked to Heather for scheduling information for my required service. I was unable to get a time & day that I wanted, so she recommended the Express service from 8AM-4PM. When I came in for my service (oil & filter), the Express service lane was very convenient since it was raining I kept dry turning in my car. The gentleman getting me parked and getting details on my car was very courteous. I went in to resister with Alex. He completed this process in minimum time and I went to the very well appointed waiting room. Alex came in to let me know my service was completed. His review of the inspection was very thorough and assured me that I was good until the next oil/filter change. His professional attitude and demeanor indicated to me that he was very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Busam Subaru. Beginning with being able to approve my troubled credit to picking out my brand new vehicle was a seamless process. They were able to help my pick out the best buckle to fit all of my wants and needs within my budget , I even ended up with more options then I expected (yay sunroof)! The sale went past normal operating hours due to my not getting there until after 5 but it did not seem to be a problem for the employees, I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely recommend and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you again to all of the employees involved in my purchase and delivery, every one of you rock! More
