I did not use home or virtual options. I went to the dealership several times to test drive and decide which model would be best for me. He was also available afterwards to answer all my follow up questions, as I am not technologically adept. I will be going for the 1000 mile inspection tomorrow. The one downside with Subaru is that they offer no monetary or service incentives with the purchase. I also missed, by a week, buying the car to have a donation made to the charity of my choice, despite ads still being shown promoting this. If taking possession of the car were a condition, it would have been impossible, as it takes approximately 3 months to get a new car if not in stock. I've waited 26 years to get a Subaru; we'll see how it goes. More

Took my 2011 Subaru Legacy here to have a oil leak repaired and they messed my car up now it's vibrating and making noise that wasn't there and they're trying to charge me more money to fix my car whe repaired and they messed my car up now it's vibrating and making noise that wasn't there and they're trying to charge me more money to fix my car when I already told them up front when they said 2800 to fix the oil leak I said I couldn't afford that so I paid them almost 1400 to stop the worse leak and now everybody is giving me the runaround I could have taken it to a back alley mechanic but I thought Subaru was a reputable dealer and I can't get past the manager in the service department it didn't feel comfortable from the beginning so I've reached out to an attorney I never expected to get my car back in worse shape than it was when I gave it to them they keep telling me because it's an older car those things are going to happen I feel like they should have told me that up front before they did any work on my car that it was going to make it worse next I'll be calling Channel 9 News I hate giving a bad review but it's like they just took my money and made my car worse and I'm on a fixed income More
