Busam Subaru

Unfortunately, our Subaru Forester was in an accident, no one was hurt, and we needed the car repaired. We purchased the Forester from Busam and because of the great experience we had with the sales departme one was hurt, and we needed the car repaired. We purchased the Forester from Busam and because of the great experience we had with the sales department, I immediately contacted the Body Shop and spoke with Mike Koop. He said to bring it into the dealership and was available when I arrived. He examined the damage and gave me a copy of the initial estimate which he sent to our insurance company. Mike said it would probably be a few days to get the final approval from them, and he would call me when I could bring it in for repair. I had asked about a rental while it was being repaired, and he said no problem. He called a couple days later and said the insurance company approved the estimate and to bring it in at my convenience. I brought it in the same day, and the rental was already waiting. He estimated about a week or so for the repair and eight days later it was finished. It looked perfect to me and when I returned to the house it passed my wife's inspection, since it was her car. When I scheduled my service, Tammy informed me of the charges and that I would get a loaner. When I arrived, Alex greeted me and got my car prepped. He was very courteous and professional. When the paperwork was completed, he got the information he needed for the loaner and brought it around to me. He answered my questions about this unfamiliar model and I left the lot feeling confident that my problems would be evaluated. Alex called me when service was completed and gave me an overview of the maintenance performed and the results. When I arrived, Alex was not there but Matt did an outstanding job of completing the required paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
