Buss Ford has always treated me with exceptional service, and this experience was no different. The salesman I worked with was Hunter, and he paid a lot of attention to my vehicle and budget needs, then found an option that met both of these. I did not walk in the door considering a lease, but for the miles I drive and what I wanted to pay, it was definitely the best option. After I bought the Escape, Hunter spent a lot of time going through the vehicle and setting up the bluetooth system. I just got a new phone recently, and Hunter set that one up too. I know that I can always call on him for any questions I may have, and I wouldn't expect this kind of personalized service anywhere else. All of my children were given the owners [Steve Buss] cell and home phone numbers in case they have a problem with their car and the dealership isn't open. They do that for all their customers! If you're buying a car anywhere else, ask for the owners personal phone numbers and see the reaction you get. The service department is another reason we keep coming back. I have an F150 that has over 200,000 thousand miles on it and it is because when I take it there for simple service like an oil change they check the truck out and let me know if it needs anything else, my w and it is because when I take it there for simple service like an oil change they check the truck out and let me know if it needs anything else, my wife travels 40 miles a day to work with this truck, so when they say you need brakes or what ever I always have them do the work. They are alway wonderfull and consciencious about there work, that is why my truck has 200,000 plus miles and my other car I purchased from them is a honda crv and it has 174,000 miles on it. Very disappointing. I bought me car here and have had it serviced here every 3 months since then. Recently I was in an accident and when the brakes were checked afterwards it was found they were in terribl serviced here every 3 months since then. Recently I was in an accident and when the brakes were checked afterwards it was found they were in terrible shape, less than 50% of my brakes were left. Buss Ford took no responsibility at all for this. Saying that when they told me that my brakes were fine less than a month before that wasn’t a “real” inspection. DON’T LET THEM NEAR YOUR CAR. Their poor work will get you in an accident and then they will say too bad for you but it’s not our fault. More
