This is a review on the service department not the sales department. Been doing business with Buss for over 25 years, have not bought another car from any other dealership. The service department is terri department. Been doing business with Buss for over 25 years, have not bought another car from any other dealership. The service department is terrible. They never return your calls, even after you have left several messages. Even after we have gone in to get an update they cannot help us other than we don't have an answer yet. Mind you they have had the car for over 5 days. Their communication is deplorable. As much as I love the sales department...we will have to look for another dealership. More
