Rebecca is the best service person I have ever dealt with anywhere. She is friendly, knowlegable, and always looking out for the customer's satifaction. I stopped by on a rainy eve May 9, 2012 because my windsheild wipers just stopped working while I was driving on a busy highway near the dealership. The service technicians had already left so Rebecca tried to see if she could fix my problem herself as I had a baby in the car and needed to get to my home safely as soon as possible. She could not fix it but diagnosed the issue and asked me to come back today and get the part replaced. She went out of her way to find a motor and then get it put into my car so that I could get back to my very busy schedule as soon as possible. I cannot praise her enough! She is extremely busy at this dealership and still takes the time to make sure you know your business is appreciated and you leave a happy customer. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. It's not the sales person because I'm sure they only do as they are told. Very pressured and rushed. Guaranteed price of car over the phone. Drove 40 miles to buy and then they added $250 to the price. Complete ripoffs. Not honorable at all - General manager made the decision.
