Butler Service Department The remote services on my 2020 Lexus ES350 F Sport has been inoperable since May. I have been unable to access these services via the Lexus app. I contacted Butler Lexus and they sent someone to my house to pick up the car and performed a vehicle update. They then returned the car to me. Unfortunately the update didn't correct the problem. After I contacted Lexus Enform I was told that the issue is with their server and they are seeking a fix. Nevertheless, I appreciated the effort put forth by the Butler service department to correct my problem. More
