My Lexus RX330 Repair Last Friday afternoon, 23 April, I was out of town and my car just died. Tow truck tried to jumpstart my car but the engine wouldn’t turn over. Afte Last Friday afternoon, 23 April, I was out of town and my car just died. Tow truck tried to jumpstart my car but the engine wouldn’t turn over. After about 30 minutes it finally started. I called the Lexus service department and filled in Reagan about my dilemma. Reagan set me up with a loaner and alerted customer service that I would be there around 7:00ish. Everyone was so kind and helpful. After a new battery and new starter, all was good. Very grateful- More
