Overall good experience with replacement of our dash. I had a dash replaced in our 2009 RX 350. My only concern was that it took quite a while to get the dash in. Communications during this waiting peri I had a dash replaced in our 2009 RX 350. My only concern was that it took quite a while to get the dash in. Communications during this waiting period were sporadic and sometimes calls were not returned. Once notified that the dash was in at the dealership everything went smoothly.
