Called to get a recall done spoke about the recall what it entails and how long it takes, gave them vin, set up appt. Show up for the appt, they don’t offer loaners to get a bite to eat while I wait so I wait, and wait, almost 2 hours later they come get me, great I was excited they were done slightly ahead of the original 2 hours they quoted (mind you it is an hour drive each way to the dealer) then they tell me we actually didn’t have the part for the recall so they can order it, and I can drive home without the recall and then all the way back when they get the part, then wait another who knows if it takes them almost 2 hours to preform basic maintenance, how long to actually do the recall???? Then I saw on reviews how others had the same experience so this isn’t a one off, this is a habit they just don’t care enough to address. If I buy another toyota it certainly won’t be from these guys. More

Do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else. Started out great with sales person Mike Ottey. Very knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately it went very bad from there. Finance manager Chris Gonzalez pretends he's helping you but he's really NOT! Honored a Military discount I was entitled to but then charged me for a bogus Fidelity warranty for two yrs when the vehicle is already covered for three from the manufacturer. Everything is done in quite a rush to keep you from noticing any discrepancies and then send you home with a pen drive so you cant even review the paperwork until you get home. Requested a refund and of course after that no one is available to help. Even the so called manager " no longer works there" Save yourself a headache. I dealt with Coggin Toyota and they're much more professional and honest. More
