Breakfast at Butler Time for the complimentary 15000 mile check up and oil change for the RAV4. An early morning appointment to beat the rush. I am greeted by Bruce in th Time for the complimentary 15000 mile check up and oil change for the RAV4. An early morning appointment to beat the rush. I am greeted by Bruce in the service lane with a great big smile and hand-shake, he makes you feel like an old friend and not a customer. I had a delicious biscuit and coke in their lounge area and then went to wait in the customer waiting area. This is the largest, most comfortable waiting area I have ever experienced at any dealership. The customer is not punished by waiting for their vehicle. There is even a quiet area for the kids to play and maintain a calm quiet area. The service was done in a timely manner, all issues were addressed and I was on my way out the door. I use a walker and Bruce offered to bring my car right to the door, another great big smile and handshake. I have a smile on my face as I drive off the lot, this has been a most pleasant experience and I am most pleased that I am a Butler customer. Thanks guys for taking such good care of me!! More
