I know that I can call Larry Cummings to schedule our service. He is courteous and professional explaining any extra service that needs to be taken care of besides regularly scheduled maintenance. I trust that when he recommends something it is needed. I always appreciate the way that my wife is treated at Butler. Larry explains everything to her and enables her to make an informed decision. We will be in the market for a new Highlander in the coming year and Butler will be our choice for a dealer. Service brings us back. More

Customer Service I like the professionalism that is exhibited in the Service Department.
