Exceptional service Brian was my service manager. We ran into an odd problem with my truck- and he bent over backwards to get it fixed correctly - i had to have a rental Brian was my service manager. Jerry was extremely helpful, and advised me that my carbon ceramic brakes were starting to wear excessively, and the Michelin Pilot Cup GT3 tires were wearing excessively. He fully understood that I needed to get back on the track, so we would reschedule at a later date in the off-season. He informed me that the technician working on my vehicle had previously experience as a race driver, and pit crew member. Jerry, his technician, and his years of experience eased my tensions of bringing such an unusual vehicle to Butler Toyota. Thank you. More
