Excellent service by Clayton Robinson and "Bob"! I went to Butler Toyota to have my Toyota Sequoia repair of front brake and change airbag last thursday and have several cars at home (no way plan for I went to Butler Toyota to have my Toyota Sequoia repair of front brake and change airbag last thursday and have several cars at home (no way plan for another car!). While waiting for the repair I started to check on new Toyota cars in the show room. I was attracted to 2015 Camry XSE V6 and Earth protection package. I met Mr Clayton Robinson, a young car sales person, introduce to me the car, answer all the questions. I have built up confidence in Clayton. I like the car, And "Bob" a car sales manager finally gave a deal I can not refuse. I bought a new 2015 Camry in 1 hr and I did not even had any plan to buy one before talking to Clayton. My wife and colleagues said to me "you are crazy!" More

The 5,000 mile service on my new Toyota They sent emails reminding me that the 5,000 mile service would soon be due. When I did not respond they called me, so I went ahead and scheduled the They sent emails reminding me that the 5,000 mile service would soon be due. When I did not respond they called me, so I went ahead and scheduled the service. Since this service is free, it has to be done before the car goes over 5,000 miles. I may have missed it if they had not called and reminded me. Then once I set up the appointment, they emailed me to remind me of the appointment. Once I arrived for the appointment they gave me quick, courteous service and made sure I was happy with the service. More

Dont let them "fix" your car My sister took her used Toyota in for some recalls to be repaired. They were minor recalls but none the less, she needed them done. The vehicle was dropped off on a Monday, running just fine as it had for the three months that they owned the vehicle. Later on that day her husband received a call advising that several major things were wrong with the vehicle. My brother in law agreed to the repairs. The vehicle was supposed to be ready for pick up on Wednesday but was not. Thursday they received a call that the vehicle was ready. That evening my brother in law picked up the vehicle and less than 13 miles down the road it started to make awful noises, jump, skip, and tried to cut off. He took the vehicle back to the dealership and was advised over and over that Butler Toyota did nothing wrong. The serviceman Phil left my brother in law and sister standing there and went home. I drove up there to speak with someone. The sales manager was the only one there in charge as all the servicemen had left for the day. The sales manager was rude and so disrespectful. Once again, no help! We had to leave the vehicle sitting in the parking lot as it would not make it home. (after a whopping $1,000 worth of repairs) The next morning I went in on my sisters behalf to speak with her serviceman. As I walked up behind him I heard him arguing on the phone. I stood there a moment as he blessed someone out. I realized he was talking to my brother in law. I walked up where he could see me and asked if he was talking to him. He said yes and hung the phone up. He lit in on my because he thought I was my sister... I stopped him and told him I was not who he thought I was. He paused and started ranting how my sister gave him a bad review and that he did nothing wrong. I asked for the service manager and advised we would not start our conversation with out him. I explained to the manager what happened with my sister. The serviceman kept interrupting and I bluntly advised him to drop the attitude because I had heard enough. The service manager agreed to look back over the vehicle to see if anything they had done would cause the issue. Later that day they received a call advising they did nothing wrong and there was nothing they could do. They advised that the transmission was bad and they wanted $3,500.00 to fix it. After many conversations until everyone was blue in the face, they still will not own up to the mistakes that they made. After speaking with 4 different mechanics and one who used to work at Butler, they all advised that most likely they flushed the transmission - which you shouldn't do on older vehicles - and it lost all of its pressure. Then realizing they messed up, the left that information off of the paperwork so it appeared as they didn't touch the transmission. They even tried to tell her that there was mud underneath her vehicle (she doesn't travel on dirt roads) and that mud had gotten in the transmission - well, the transmission is sealed so how would mud get up in there??? I will continue to post this story on every review website I can so that no one else has to go through this!!! More
