Butte Subaru

Disappointed I purchased my car at this dealership and since it's a new car, I try to keep up on all the maintenance. When I've visited other Subaru dealership I purchased my car at this dealership and since it's a new car, I try to keep up on all the maintenance. When I've visited other Subaru dealerships, they've input all of the information and work done, into the advanced computer in my car. They even set it up to tell me when I'm due for another service, and where to go. This Butte dealership had never logged their work into the car. When I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago, the man I spoke with asked what I needed done. I told him that I wanted to keep up on maintenance required based off mileage. He asked again if I knew what needed to be done. I explained that I could go get the book out of my car and find the maintenance page and, compare it to the miles I had on my car (75,0000). He said we would schedule a standard service, and find out what else needed to be done at time of service. THEN he asked my name only for scheduling. I assume that since I bought my car there, and have had a lot of work done to it there, that they would have a record of my business there. Apprently not. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and only received the standard service. While I was paying for it, I was informed that, among many other issues, the biggest priority was to complete 60k maintenance ($600). I left the dealership feeling concerned about the amount of funds required to fix all the issues they found. While I was filing the receipt and and invoice, I noticed that I had already completed 60k maintenance...at 60,000 miles... In November. I'm very upset that the service department doesn't have record of all the services done on and business given from my vehicle. Because of this, someone recommended I pay for a maintenance that I had already paid for, and had already been performed. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Delightful experiance with Butte Subaru I have driven an Outback for the last 30 years. I purchased my fourth one this week at Butte Subaru. I have loved each one and every ‘old car’ has gon I have driven an Outback for the last 30 years. I purchased my fourth one this week at Butte Subaru. I have loved each one and every ‘old car’ has gone to other family members because Outbacks last almost “forever”. The Outback fits me perfectly including being able to get the snow off the windshield while standing on the ground and getting up the driveway. We have very cold winters and lots of snow in Butte Montana. We live outside the city and must have a car that can make it up my dirt and rock, steep and long drive way. Inside the Outback is lovely, comfortable and instinctual. I believe it to be the best on the road. I had a wonderful time buying my new car and it was totally stress-free. My salesman (Ralph) was most knowledgeable about his products and was friendly, inviting and truly helpful. Buying a car from him was fun! I would go back to him and would recommend him to others. The financial agent I worked with was prompt, professional and effective, just what is needed in the “money-man”. Butte Subaru provides excellent service and has always treated me very fairly and respectfully. More

Great 2014 Camry! Great Salesman! Paul Senn asked us there was any other model we might consider. We were looking for a slightly used Outback but had nothing in our budget. Awesome! I was in the market for a new Subaru Outback and after talking to my local dealer and getting their "best price" I decided to check online. Not only d I was in the market for a new Subaru Outback and after talking to my local dealer and getting their "best price" I decided to check online. Not only did Butte Subaru have better prices online than both Bozeman and Billings, they charged hundreds less in doc fees than the other dealer. I spoke with Josh Richards at the dealership and found him to be very friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. More
