The service department fixed my issue that first appeared to be a warranty issue until a rodent was found that caused the problem. They called and discussed costs and they repaired it. I had my 2017 Ram in there for a 'recall' for a brake module that Stellantis supposedly does not have a fix for, so I have to pay for it myself, so they replaced the part with factory parts. I was quoted module that Stellantis supposedly does not have a fix for, so I have to pay for it myself, so they replaced the part with factory parts. I was quoted $800. When I picked it up, it was over $1000. Needless to say I'm not happy. (1) it's a known recall. (2) I was given a quote over the phone of $800. When I picked it up it was over $1000. The whole thing is ridiculous. More
