First of all, I was lied to twice. I was told that the service department had the part's in stock to repair my truck. After 5 days of my truck not moving, via my Ram app. I stopped by I was told that the service department had the part's in stock to repair my truck. The next day someone in the service dept, disconnected my battery from my truck, so I couldn't track it via my app. After 10 days in the shop, I asked for a general manager, to call me. Craig Shultz, never called. I paid $93k for this Tungsten truck, and I strongly don't recommend taking any vehicles there for service. More
