Great service and communications. I just went in for a supplemental/backup battery install. I was prepared to just drop off my jeep and pick it up after work, but they installed it I just went in for a supplemental/backup battery install. I do all of my service at Button and purchase oil change packages regularly as I find them to be a bargain in relation to buying oil changes individually. Thank you again for a great experience! My only problem with the Service Dept. is that their estimate sheet showed that I needed an air filter- critical. But, I had them change the air filter a few weeks prior to this visit. They explained a computer glitch, then told me that no one had actually LOOKED at my air filter, the computer just showed a critical service need based on mileage.
