I had no money that week to pay for it. If not for him taking it upon himself to repair it free of charge, I don’t know what I would have done! Thank you Kolton! You’re a lifesaver, in my opinion he needs a promotion and a raise! If he hadn’t taken it upon himself to have it fixed, I would have had to come up with $400 to fix my car! Which is why I am only rating the dealership with 4 stars, but Kolton gets 5 stars from me! Thank goodness we still have young men like him that are willing to go the extra mile for their customer! What was already a difficult thing for me to have the time to get my car fixed because of my life schedule, he helped me at a very crucial time! I can’t stop singing his praises!,, I think you get what I’m saying and I sincerely hope this is brought to the attention of the higher ups to take a look at for future customers.
