Great sales experience, had what I was looking for and sales experience was great. The service experience was not as good. Scheduling issues, and the service department said they couldn't diagnose a complaint with the 4x4 system because they couldn't drive it in "all wheel drive mode" something the owners manual says you can do. So glad I didn't let these people talk me into spending the money on their extended warranty. Still have problems with the climate control, and vibration in drive line. Very concerning after spending $80,000 on a very nice truck. I'm sure this is something they all do, but during one of my first visits I received a text offering to buy my truck back. When I got the estimate the value was far below KBB, its almost criminal how this process works. More
