I cannot say enough great things about Melissa and the staff at Byerly Ford. My wife and myself were traveling from Green Bay, Wi to our condo in Fort Myers, Fl in a Ford Escape that we just bought about staff at Byerly Ford. My wife and myself were traveling from Green Bay, Wi to our condo in Fort Myers, Fl in a Ford Escape that we just bought about a month ago to leave in Florida for the winter. Well it broke down on I-65 at peak rush hour. A very nice young man towed our car to Byerly. We got there 15 minutes before closing. Evan and Joes were so nice to us, assuring me they will do everything they could to help us. The next morning at 7:30 am I’m there talking to the service rep and he bent over backwards to move our car to the front of the line to get looked at. I signed an order for one hour of diagnostic, which was a fair price of $200 after diagnosing everything and determining we have way too many issues going on the delay could be days. So it became time to buy a new used car that’s where we met Melissa what a wonderful person truly caring about us every step of the way also Melissa‘s used car manager was beyond awesome we ended up buying a very nice 2022 Ford bronco which we love by the way unless it took us every step on completing the sale. She never left our side to even drove us across the street because she did not want us to cross a busy street on foot. This is one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had and I was in a used car business for over 30 years and I was just absolutely amazed how wonderful these people are. So 24 hours later we’re on the road and heading to FortMyers because of this great group of people if you’re looking to buy or have your car serviced highly recommend Melissa and Byerly Motors. Oh, by the way, the service technician that worked on our Ford Escape came over and said we’re not gonna charge you anything for the diagnostic. Again, going over the top to help us. More
