KIA Stringer Collision Repair I bought a brand new 2018 KIA Stinger/ I love this car! As I was joy riding in it with my grandson I hit another car. My insurance company recommend t I bought a brand new 2018 KIA Stinger/ I love this car! As I was joy riding in it with my grandson I hit another car. My insurance company recommend that I have the wrecker take it to Byerly Collision Center on English Station road. Since my car was so new I was concerned that a Ford dealer would be able to make the needed repairs. The manager, Justin Klockow, put my mind at ease and told me that they would make it as good as new. They did! Justin contacted me regularly will updates and keep his word! My car drives just like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot and looks as good as new! I could not ask for a better experience and will recommend Byerly and Justin to my friends if they need collision repairs! Our overall experience was good with the Byerly Ford team, and through my research, we already knew the price of the Edge that we were purchasing was Our overall experience was good with the Byerly Ford team, and through my research, we already knew the price of the Edge that we were purchasing was a good deal and our trade in value was fair, but it was the customer service that John Phillips gave that impressed me the most. When we went back to have some dents taken out, we realized that a small plastic cap was missing off of our Edge that we just purchased and John went over to his Edge pop the part off of his personal vehicle and put it on our Edge! No need for him to do that, but he wanted us to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Byerly Ford and John Phillips. More
