He has been great even after I left dealership. I had questions about the vehicle i purchased and he promptly answered and helped me with my questions. Because of a manufacturer rebate and discount I called Joe the next day to see if he could show me some new vehicles. He did and we were able to reach a very acceptable price. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we looked and compared both and test drove. The best part, which is usually the worst part, was the negotiation at the table. He and his trade in manager were very fair and explained everything very well. I have found our "go-to" sales person and dealership for the future. I am recommending Joe and Byerly to my daughter and son-in-law who will be in the market for an SUV late Spring of this year. Ask for Joe when you stop in, you won't be disappointed! More

BUYER BEWARE!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I purchased a used car. My salesman, (con man) Brian Hultz, kept bragging how the check engine light was not on. I wish I could give negative stars. I purchased a used car. My salesman, (con man) Brian Hultz, kept bragging how the check engine light was not on. On my way home the check engine light came on.The next morning the battery was dead. I had a front end alignment done at Tire Discounters and was told something more was wrong, possibly a bent frame. I then took the car to have the transmission looked at and was told the transmission was about ready to go out and there were four broken motor mounts. It would cost more to get the car running than what I paid for it. After investing in a new battery and front end alignment I called Brian Hultz and requested they do the right thing and let me return the car for a refund. After consulting with, (head con man) Guy Jarboe I was told "if we do it for you, we would have to do it for everybody". How many people before me were told the same thing. This is the first review I have ever written but wanted to warn everyone you may be the next "everybody" if you deal with these SCAMMERS!!! More
