After being disappointed at another dealership, being told my credit was insufficient and I could never purchase a vehicle with a trade in without a down payment, I came to Byerly Ford! I originally purchased my Trade In back in 2015 for Byerly, but did not think I’d be approved. I walked into Byerly with no expectation I’d get a vehicle that day, I was immediately welcomed by Matthew, who was my sales person. He was so pleasant to work with! He patiently went through the inventory with me, as I was super indecisive and worried I would not be approved due to my credit and what the other dealership told me. He provided me with an estimate of my monthly payments for my top choices, before running my credit! He was very knowledgeable of the process, providing me with great details about each of the vehicles I was interested in. He also had my trade in reviewed, and they offered me thousands more than the previous dealership I went to. Once I selected a vehicle and price range for monthly payments, he and the Finance Manager was able to get me approved within hours. He had my car detailed and put a full tank of gas in my car! While I waited for my car documents, he even provided soda and pizza while I waited! I appreciate how kind and attentive he was to my specific needs! I have a EasyCare contract that I bought when I purchased the vehicle from the dealership that covers oil changes. I have 4 oil changes left on the contract and was charged for the oil change still.
