I had to keep calling just to find out what the status of my car was because I never got updated. After having my car back in the shop to fix the transmission that was just replaced the year before, I had t my car was because I never got updated. After having my car back in the shop to fix the transmission that was just replaced the year before, I had to continue to call to find out when it would be completed. I had gotten a call that the transmission was finished but it needed to be finished up. I expected another day. I waited an additional week and finally had to call several times asking if the car was finished. I really think they forgot about it. I have not been happy with my experience with Byerly Ford and will be taking my business elsewhere for my next vehicle. More

Had car towed in. They failed to get in touch with me for follow-up. Called got voicemail. Didn't return my call. Had to call again. Made it another day before I got my car back. Been doing business with them for 20 years. When asked for courtesy cab to pick me up to get my car. Was informed that they had NEVER picked someone up to take them to get their car. They have always brought me home whenever I had to leave my car for service and picked me up to get it back. Serviceman made me feel like I was lying when kept saying they had NEVER done that. First time that I have ever had to get someone else to take me to get my car. If this service isn't available could have just said we no longer offer that service More
