Meg did a nice prereview over the phone regading pricing,featrues, availability on the explorers SUV I was interested in seeing and testing. The follow up on site visit was a set up by Mat , Meg was pricing,featrues, availability on the explorers SUV I was interested in seeing and testing. The follow up on site visit was a set up by Mat , Meg was not working that day and discussion of the new SUV was done by Mat. . Mat and Meg were both informed on the car and explained the feartures and the how to’s of the SUV. Meg spent considerable time with me after purchase on explaining the how to’s and operating functions of the SUV. I was very happy with the service and the knowledge l recieved to make a decesion. The entire staff was very professional and helpful in my closing . I must mention the receptionist and helping get to talk to Mat and Meg. Thank you all at Byerly Ford. More
I’m not happy with them lately as I had fairly new tires n had a flat so I brought in and they said my tire of course could not be repaired so had to get a new one but no white wall they were discontinued… n had a flat so I brought in and they said my tire of course could not be repaired so had to get a new one but no white wall they were discontinued… 😤 So I had to pay to turn them to black walls…. Never had problems with front passenger tire until then…. So as I’m losing 2-3 lbs every 10 days n filling it up over n over till one day I get tired and take back in. Enough is enough I said. So I pull in tell them what I just wrote n asked to also get oil change only… Almost 3 hours later they say they are with my truck $140. So I paid n asked what they did to tire HA-HA they say they sprayed it n didn’t find anything… Of course it was closing time so I am dealing with this all over again. WOW $140 More

Oil change at 10:30am. My car wasn't even looked at until 1 p.m. This is the second time this has happened. Service on 11/21/23 price gouged on compartment filter labor! ‘’ The Works” includes free labor to inspect filters, the air filter and compartment filters were removed and shown to me. I elected to replac labor! ‘’ The Works” includes free labor to inspect filters, the air filter and compartment filters were removed and shown to me. I elected to replace the compartment filter which could have been replaced dirty at no charge, therefore no labor charge! (No more effort to replace dirty filter than install a clean one) Rip off and price gouge, customers beware!!! Could be basis for class action lawsuit, report this kind of treatment to Kentucky Attorney General! More
