Byerly damaged car after sale by hitting garage door after purchase putting on premium paint and interior treatments and didn’t notify me. I dropped the car off at 9am and at 3 called my sales person, who had to find out they ripped off my antenna and damaged roof and he had to let me know. No one from ford management ever contacted me until 3 days later when I filed a corporate claim. My sales rep was amazing, but I have no trust in anyone else at byerly ford. I understand mistakes happen, and I remained very composed, but to not even get an apology or even spoken to by the management is pathetic customer service More
I was quoted 2 weeks to get my car serviced, which is already a long time. I called every other day after 2 weeks and it took several attempts for someone to return my call. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get my already a long time. I called every other day after 2 weeks and it took several attempts for someone to return my call. I love the Byerly Service Dept. Esp Jim. I bought a 2019 Escape brand new & came here for every oil change. Traded it in for a 2023 Bronco back in May, at Tri County Ford which is w Esp Jim. I bought a 2019 Escape brand new & came here for every oil change. Traded it in for a 2023 Bronco back in May, at Tri County Ford which is where I live. Had my 1st oil change back at Byerly. The easiest, friendliest ppl to work with. Seems I always have dealt with Jim, & I will definitely keep coming back, at least as long as Jim is there :) More
