in march i purchased new tires. there were 2 bent rims - however this was never mentioned to me although it was on paperwork - i failed to see that. also there was mention of bra there were 2 bent rims - however this was never mentioned to me although it was on paperwork - i failed to see that. also there was mention of brake pads getting close to needing to be replaced. when i took the car in August to get pads replaced and tires rotated - i am told the pads are in good shape and they cannot rotate the tires due to the bent rims - and now they are saying 3 rims are bent...$100 oil change? Very very very friendly attentive staff who are there to help! I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated at Byerly with Karen leading the way. Not one time was I pushed into something I wasn’t comfort help! I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated at Byerly with Karen leading the way.
