We have continued to take our car to Byerly since we bought it in 2015 due to the great service. My only complaint is that I called the day before and asked if an appointment was advisable because in a bought it in 2015 due to the great service. I arrived at 11;30 am on Tuesday and left at 4:45 PM. I was happy with the service and the people but not happy with 5 hour wait I understand there is a valet service which I will use in the future if there is to be a 5 hour wait. More

I had an appointment for an oil change. 2-1/2 hours later I was able to leave. I saw people coming & going & finally asked. Didn't want to be that female who complains. They gave me some la 2-1/2 hours later I was able to leave. I saw people coming & going & finally asked. Didn't want to be that female who complains. They gave me some lame excuse & said they were getting the paperwork done. Then came by later & said no, it would be longer. Bottom line, no doubt they forgot me. It was a good 30 minutes after I questioned the delay. I have gotten many done here and other places but never this long. By the way- I was the only female in the waiting area from the time I sat down to when I left. And the service advisor who helped me when I came in wasn't anyone I had seen before. Never updated me regarding my wait. I think some training is in order. Never again, Byerly. More
