Took my f150 in for no power to my trailer brakes. they asked me to bring in trailer cord, which I did . When truck was returned was told truck was ok but think i have a broken wire in trailer cord. I usually love the service at Byerly Ford. This Saturday I took my vehicle in for a oil change. Service was great..until it was time to pay. The total.was $109.00!! For a oil change, no tire r This Saturday I took my vehicle in for a oil change. Service was great..until it was time to pay. The total.was $109.00!! For a oil change, no tire rotation. I ask the guy why? I looked at with no concern, I ask to scan my phone for any discounts under the app. He smiles and says the computer is down. I checked my receipt from the last oil change it was 75 or less. I could have saved money if the computer was up and running. Also I called a competing dealership their oil change and tire rotation is only 65.00. He says each dealership sets their own price. Wow Byerly Ford!!! Really!! I will no be doing business there again. More
