I had scheduled my appointment over 2 weeks ago. I wanted a oil change and get my tailgate looked at to see why it will not open by using my remote. And the service guy called me that morning. To let me know that they would not be able to get to the work of the tailgate that I could leave it another day and they may be able to get to it the next day. If not then I could make another appointment and be out my car for another day. I am very unsatisfied with my service. I can understand if I didn't have an appointment and wanted to get something else done .Also how do you get on the points system I have been getting all of my oil changes done at Byerly and haven't receive a free oil change or a discount on one.
