He explained the vehicle we purchased in detail. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was throughly impressed how he keep to his word and respected the time it took us to make a decision. Was in for the transmission down shift PCM recalibration. I told the service manager that the truck had actually did what was described in the recall but nothing else was done. Later found out that the Lead I told the service manager that the truck had actually did what was described in the recall but nothing else was done. Later found out that the Lead frame for the transmission sensors was the issue that caused the problem for the recall. This item was also covered under an extended warranty 10 years 150k miles. I call the service department and was trying to tell the guy this and he got rude and hung up the phone on me. I tried to speak to the service manager and that was him...lol So I asked for someone over his head and that person never called me back after 2 weeks. So I had a local shop replace the faulty part and they are seeking payment from Ford on my behalf. Byerly will never receive another penny from me and this will be a story I tell to everyone I know and anyone whoever mentions Byerly Ford! More

We have done business with Byerly Ford for many years I believe since the mud to late 70's. We've always been taken care of by salespersons and service people. All were very nice and helpful. Service dept. was very friendly and efficient. Job well done. The cashier (Katherine) was very courteous and even went to my vehicle with me to make sure the rest was very friendly and efficient.
