My last two experiences with Byerly on Dixie over the last 4-6 months have been VERY poor. On my March 3rd visit I had to escalate my situation to the branch manger (Anthony Downey) to get service for m last 4-6 months have been VERY poor. On my March 3rd visit I had to escalate my situation to the branch manger (Anthony Downey) to get service for my car without having to wait 2 weeks. And I had to drive 25 miles to the facility to get that appointment. My calls were ignored. When I had the receptionist walk back to the service department to make sure someone picked up the phone, the young lady in the service area who spoke to me was rude. I bought my car at Byerly in 2016 and have every bit of maintenance done on it at that facility. However after two bad experiences in a row I will try another dealership. More
