I had an oil change and tire rotation with a flat repair my time in waiting room was almost 2.5 hours, I’ve had these services completed at another ford dealer and my wait time was 40 minutes at town and co my time in waiting room was almost 2.5 hours, I’ve had these services completed at another ford dealer and my wait time was 40 minutes at town and country I had the oil change tire rotation and a recall repair and I was ther just an hour and Swope was my purchase dealership the oil change and tire rotation was approximately 40 minutes I called to see if I could get this done at your shop was told there was opening in a few minutes and I can right in. If I had wanted to blow 2.5 hours I’d could have drove to Swope and had the work done and still had time to spare.simple update or just telling me it would take longer would have been nice, instead of being told that was a fast time for an oil change and tire rotation with a tire patching. All I can say is I’m a loyal Ford buyer but I won’t be back to this service department More
