They didn’t address the door lock issue fair enough it only malfunctions when wet or freezing but it is a known problem on these trucks. The real issue is that when I pick my truck up there’s grease/dirt only malfunctions when wet or freezing but it is a known problem on these trucks. The real issue is that when I pick my truck up there’s grease/dirt on the driver seat and it smells like cigarette smoke and the odometer had near ten more miles on it than when I dropped it off although there was no need to drive it for the two recalls or window issue it was in for. Fortunately I had seat covers on the seat which I had to treat and wash. Not a good experience with a truck with less than 10k miles. Will definitely use all state from now on More

Another great purchasing experience with Byerly Ford. I wanted to order a new Mustang Mach-E and my friend, Brian Hultz, I normally buy from moved to the Nissan side of the dealership so he referred me I wanted to order a new Mustang Mach-E and my friend, Brian Hultz, I normally buy from moved to the Nissan side of the dealership so he referred me to Larry Wenning. I knew anyone recommended by Brian would not steer me wrong and that was true. Larry was great to work with. He helped me get the order made and kept me informed of progress. He knew I was getting impatient as the vehicle sat for a bit in a railyard after being produced so he was excited to send me the picture when it finally arrived on the lot. The next step was coming in to finalize the purchase. I know this is the the part that most people dread as they have to then leave the sales staff and work with the manager and finance office. Well once again purchasing at Byerly made that process smooth as silk. There was no pressure to purchase more and the numbers were just as we had discussed prior to that day. I highly recommend the Byerly Ford/Nissan dealership. If you are in the market for a Ford you will be treated great by Larry Wenning and if you are in the market for a Nissan you can do no better than Brian Hultz. More
Our sales rep, Trent was wonderful! he walked us through the buying process, showed us the cars we ask to see and was very easy to talk with. He was warm and friendly. Waited over 2 hours and 15 minutes for a scheduled oil change. I finally had to go and ask when my car was going to be ready and the keys had apparently been sitting on the service desk for awhile and no change. I finally had to go and ask when my car was going to be ready and the keys had apparently been sitting on the service desk for awhile and no one knew. The cashier seemed very annoyed when I asked her to look up my Ford Pass account. Overall, not a good experience. More
