I had an appointment on Nov 30th. I dropped my truck off and was called at 3:15pm that they couldn’t work on my truck because of other issues with another truck. I drop my truck off and they kept it over a week. When I finally got my truck back they told me they fixed everything, but 2 recalls. Well my GPS still doesn’t work, my tires are still rubbing something under the truck, My engine is still making a noise at start up, They fixed my cover on my truck so that was good. The service department was once great, but not anymore. More

My mechanic was friendly but I was there to have my truck in the shop at 8am for a recall did not start working on it until the next day and then didn’t get it back until that afternoon. I will never buy or service any of my cars there, again. Your Service department tried to overcharge, 4 hours service for a one hour job. They tried to charge $675 to fix my husband's car. The only reason that it was brought there was because of the worthless, extended warranty that you sold to us that would not cover the repair. When it was sold to us, we were told that it would cover everything. (What a lie) We took it to our regular repair center and it only cost $224 to fix. 1 hour service charged. My husband just retired from Ford after 27 years. This is very upsetting for him and me both. He said I have always took pride in my job at Ford and tried to make a quality product. He could not understand why Bylery has changed so much. Also, he said the Service person was very rude to him when he dropped off his car, that morning. Is this surprising to me, NO. I had my own nightmare with Bylery a few months earlier. I said then that I would never bring one of my cars back but my husband insisted since you were the closest dealer. I brought my car in for a appointment and was told that I didn't have a appointment, that I would have to wait a week to talk to Charlie. He was out sick. No other service person could take care of it because of the service warranty. After 3 trips and dealing with Charlie's rudeness, I finally got my car back. He basically forced me to my car the last trip and talked down to me everytime. I don't know what has happened to this dealership, but if it keeps going this way, you will be out of business in the future. You can do better! People depend on Bylery to be fair and not overcharge them. Running a business is not only about profit but also your reputation. I know we are not the only ones this has happened to lately as a few weeks ago, a lady in one of the groups that I follow on Facebook had the same experience with Bylery. Do better! More
